SOM

SOM City Design Practice brings extensive experience with transit-oriented development from its work in Chicago, Detroit, Atlanta, Rochester, MN, Milwaukee, and elsewhere. They are committed to a collaborative process and generating planning, design and investment strategies that integrate vision, consensus and implementation. For this project, SOM will prepare graphics and concepts for the Corridor high-capacity transit Station Areas. We hope to strengthen each neighborhood's existing assets through plans for active community hubs supported by transit stations.
